  1. Health is a prerequisite for everything. Don’t let it be a blocker.
  2. The most defining trait of an individual is who they associate with. Be active in selecting your friends
  3. Agency is a personal prerequisite for my happiness. Find a way to optimize for agency over all aspects of your life. If things aren’t in control recognize that and either submit control or leave the situation. Don’t fight for control if it's unavailable. That will kill you.
  4. Novelty is a joy of life and a great source of pure pleasure. Stay open to new things and gain perspective by always removing routine. Variety is the spice of life.
  5. Practice level headedness. This does not come naturally for you, but remember, having a level head is always additive.
  6. Live in the moment. Dreaming of the future is intoxicating and a form of masturbation for the mind. Don’t dwell on the future but recognize it’s illusive pull. Optimize for short term happiness. It’s the only real happiness there is.
  7. The energy of the universe is equally present in all places. There is no best. Always recognize the light around you. Do not compare and look for better or worse, it will only lead to pain. Comparison is the thief of happiness.
  8. Divinity exists in your breath. Use your breath to connect to the universe.
  9. The world resets each morning, and so do you. Wake up fresh each day. Do not let the past day's disappointments linger.
  10. Not too high, not too low, no sudden movements
  11. Do what you love and love what you do. Take pride in your work
  12. Learning occurs on a logarithmic curve. The biggest reward is in the beginning. Become intermediate in as many skills as possible. Being a jack of all trades is a great person to be.
  13. Expertise pays bills. Being an expert is a requirement for a fruitful life. Take it seriously as it does not occur passively
  14. Humans strive with goals. Always have and set real tangible high goals
  15. Humans thrive on competition and emergence. If you wish to improve in something, emerge yourself with the best and compete against them. There is no substitute.
  16. Be responsible for your actions. Actions should always have an assigned owner. A dog with two owners starves.
  17. Incentives work. Ensure your incentives are aligned with your goals. If you show me the incentives, I'll show you the results.
  18. Recognize and name blockers as quickly as possible. Work to remove blockers or change your goals accordingly.
  19. Two things in life have compound interest: knowledge and money. Maximize both for the highest long term growth.
  20. Iteration is godliness. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
  21. Stay nimble. Those that are nimble have an extreme advantage in every aspect.
  22. The simplest explanation is likely the truth. Don’t over complicate things
  23. Innovation over tradition. Individuals over collectives. Actions over plans.
  24. Family is forever. Denial of that is a fool's idea. Invest in family.
  25. Practice radical self-reliance. You are the best ally you can count on.
  26. There is always absolutely validity of other peoples feelings. See the world with compassionate eyes.
  27. There are great ideas that cannot be implemented due to execution impossibilities. Recognize when they occur and move on.
  28. The wisdom of crowds is true but alpha is only made by contrarians. Striking this balance is the most challenging but rewarding skill of cognitive thought. Pessimists tend to be right but optimists tend to win.
  29. Momentum is a crucial aspect of the universe. Winners tend to keep winning and losers tend to keep losing. Small wins can change the tide. Always keep the momentum on your side. The first loss is the best loss. Cut losing ventures early.
  30. The future belongs to technology. Software is eating the world. The future will be owned by technologists.
  31. The world is becoming more complicated over time. React accordingly.
  32. Things tend to take longer than we anticipate. Patience is a critical life discipline. The market will stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.
  33. The speed of change in life is increasing overtime. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
  34. Make your own decisions. Humans give terrible advice.
  35. The best source of knowledge is self knowledge. Verify everything. Look at original sources, and take notes to yourself. Knowledge should also be by-default open sourced.
  36. Humans are bad at predicting the future. Don’t take their future estimates or your own seriously
  37. The world belongs to the youths. You don't live in the world you grew up in.
  38. Sales is a skill. Everything is for sale. Life is a negotiation.
  39. Do not live in fear. You’re capable of anything.
